Ayr Wellness opens another Florida cannabis dispensary

The company’s latest shop is located in Boynton Beach

Ayr Wellness continues to solidify its position and presence in the Florida marijuana market. According to the announcement shared by this leading multi-state vertically integrated cannabis operator, the opening of Liberty Health Sciences Boynton Beach, Ayr’s 40th dispensary to open operations in the Sunshine State, has taken place. People residing in Boynton Beach can now go and enjoy the products the company has to offer.

The 1,600-square-foot retail store is located within a shopping center, so people who visit it can now also add marijuana products to their shopping lists. There are plenty of parking lots and it is only a 10-minute drive from some pretty popular places in South Florida, including its beautiful beaches. Consumers visiting the store in search of their favorite marijuana product will have the option to find a wide range of offerings from LHS, as well as Big Pete’s increasingly popular cookies and Ayr’s recently launched Origyn concentrates.

“With 40 open stores in Florida, we now have the second largest retail footprint in the state, with more set to open during the rest of the year. Our plan in Florida is working. Our improved cultivation facility is allowing us to open new stores at a rapid clip and is helping to greatly expand our presence in what is quickly becoming one of the largest marijuana markets in the U.S. As we continue to improve our product mix, Ayr will increasingly become a force to be reckoned with,” said Ayr CEO Jonathan Sandelman.

It is no secret that Florida is a state where medical marijuana is showing an exponential boom. Earlier this month, the Florida Office of Medical Marijuana Use reported 597,000 registered patients, representing a 51% increase year over year. Ayr, being a company aware of this trend, wants to continue to grow its operations to be able to meet the needs of this population, while generating very positive profits.
