Canopy Growth chooses NFL receiver to endorse BioSteel Sports Nutrition

DeAndre Hopkins is now going to represent the up-and-coming cannabis company

One of the market leaders in the cannabis industry has closed a major deal with the NFL for its line of cannabidiol (CBD) products. Canopy Growth, through its BioSteel Sports Nutrition Inc. subsidiary, announced today a significant partnership between star wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins and the sports hydration company. It’s one of the largest deals to date for Hopkins and a major step for the cannabis business, as well, given that Hopkins has also signed as an investor in the company.

Hopkins has shown an impressive talent for business, bringing his strong work ethic off the field. That, combined with this high-quality line of the brand’s all-natural, sugar-free products, makes him a great addition to Team BioSteel and investor team.
