#TeamBioSteel is getting bigger and bigger with familiar faces in the world of sports. BioSteel Sports Nutrition, a brand backed by Canopy Growth, announced last week the latest addition to its team of ambassadors after formalizing an agreement with Ja’Marr Chase, one of the NFL’s top wide receivers. The list of athletes seems to keep growing as the brand seeks to be recognized in as many areas of the sport as possible.
Chase, besides being an important figure in the Cincinnati Bengals, is a real fan of BioSteel. He believes that clean and healthy hydration is extremely important both on and off the field. As is the tradition with all new additions, the WR will be responsible for promoting the brand through events, social media, trade marketing, and more, essentially in The Queen City area.
Other football stars are already part of #TeamBioSteel, including Patrick Mahomes, Ezekiel Elliott, and Jalen Ramsey. That list now grows with Chase to support his play with the leader in sugar-free hydration and to elevate the brand’s mission of providing premium hydration to athletes, fans, and sports communities globally.
“Staying healthy and hydrated is key to ensuring this season is even better than the last, and BioSteel products are an essential part of my hydration routine, especially on game day,” said Chase. “Heading into my second season, I’m excited to officially join #TeamBioSteel and introduce my community to their zero-sugar products.”
John Celenza, co-founder of BioSteel, said Chase is a key player for the brand considering the significant rookie year he had last season. The fact that he is looking to hydrate with BioSteel products makes him a solid and authentic partner for the brand. Celenza adds that it is an honor for him and the team to welcome an elite group of athletes looking to provide the best in hydration products.
