The market leader in cannabidiol (CBD) and hemp wellness products, Charlotte’s Web Holdings, said it plans to announce its first-quarter financial results upon the close of operations on May 16. A conference call is expected to be held before noon the following day. All issues related to the financial results will be discussed on the conference call.

The company’s CW Labs R&D Division advances hemp science at two centers of excellence at Louisville, Colorado and at the Hauptmann Woodward Research Institute at University at Buffalo. These are part of the State University of New York network. Charlotte’s Web product categories are full-spectrum hemp CBD oil (liquid products), CBD gums (sleep and stress recovery), CBD capsules (sleep and exercise recovery), CBD topical creams or lotions and CBD pet products.
