Charlotte’s Web rolls out new CBD subscription service

The new service will make it easier for consumers to place orders

Amazon makes it easier for consumers to order their everyday products, including things like configurable shipments and “Dash” buttons through its app. Charlotte’s Web Hemp (CNQ: CWEB) is making it easier for cannabis consumers to make their hemp and cannabidiol (CBD) purchases, as well, introducing a subscription-based service that includes an auto-ship feature among its many customer experience enhancements.

Colorado-based Charlotte’s Web introduced the Autoship Program subscription service as a way to “make life just a little easier,” according to its website. It adds, “With seamless autodelivery of your favorite Charlotte’s Web products, we’ve created a program to help take care of you, and all you do. To us, you’re family, and we created our subscription program to give you One Less Stress.”

Creating a subscription account is free, but comes with a number of perks. Subscribers can create recurring shipments, save 10% on their orders, get free two-day shipping on their first order and receive the seventh order for free.

Participation is simple. A consumer only needs to select a product and then choose the “Autoship & Save 10%” button. After that, the frequency of the shipment can be configured – every two weeks, every month, every six weeks, etc. – and the initial order is then processed. Users can also earn reward points, just like they can with one-time purchases, which can be used for non-subscription product purchases. Cancellation of the subscription is possible at any time, simply by responding to the pending shipping notice that is sent two days before the anticipated due date.

The service is available for many of the company’s products, including oils, balms, gummies and more. As Charlotte’s Web continues to develop and innovate, other products will be added to the list to give consumers an even greater range of options.
