Liberty Health Sciences partners with Seed Junky Genetics in new commercial deal

The cannabis dispensary company will start including Seed Junky products in its Florida shops

World-renowned and award-winning marijuana strains are heading to Florida, thanks to a new partnership that Liberty Health Sciences (CNQ: LHS). has just announced. This new commercial deal is with a California-based pioneer company in the cannabis industry, Seed Junky Genetics (SJG), which has developed multiple varieties of genetics and is the current leader in cultivation. With this new partnership, Liberty will be shipping some of the top SJG products to the Sunshine State to be distributed across its stores by the end of this year.

SJG, a company that excels in the smokable flower category, uses state-of-the-art technology to conduct strict breeding standards of the finest quality. Other top brands in California recognize SJG for being able to offer world-class and powerful cultivars to the marketplace. One of the key aspects of SJG strains is the high potency when it comes to levels of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), which are known to exceed 30%, as well as record-breaking yielding in several strains. Among its most notable proprietary strains, there are Wedding Cake, Ice Cream Cake, The Soap, Christmas Tree, Georgia Pie, Kush Mints, LA Kush Cake, Jealousy, Emerald Cut, Emergen-C, Jungle Cake, and others.

“This is a historical moment for Liberty and the entire state of Florida as we embark on this groundbreaking partnership with Seed Junky Genetics,” said Victor Mancebo, CEO of Liberty. “We are excited to introduce our patients to a true premium connoisseur cannabis product. While many cannabis companies are still working with 30-year-old strains, SJG is constantly developing and maintaining new genetics that have become exceptionally unique to cannabis markets in existence today. This also comes at a time when we have just completed our build-out of our new state-of-the-art tissue culture lab, where we will develop, mitigate, control, correct, and store genetics for the company as we expand and develop the Florida market, subject to approval from the Florida Department of Health.”
