Leading North American cannabis venture TerrAscend Corporation continues to announce significant achievements in its development. Most recently, the company announced an extension of its partnership with Precision Extraction Solutions through a newly signed agreement. This Detroit-based company is dedicated to cannabis extraction, refinement and processing technologies, carrying an extensive portfolio. Precision will provide TerrAscend with cutting-edge equipment for its current and future production activities.
Precision has been working on being the leader in the market, and, lately, it has been working on designing a multi-solvent lab in Boonton Township at one of TerrAscend’s facilities. Once this project is concluded, the company will be running a dual-capacity facility in which a wide range of innovative products can be designed. Also, TerrAscend will be able to make improvements in its already high-quality and popular brands such as Valhalla, Funky Farms, Ilera and State Flower. Another goal is to make innovations in products like medical grade vaporizer oil, as wells as produce resins and concentrates in various formats.
“We are pleased to partner with a best-in-class operator like TerrAscend that puts quality and integrity first,” said Michael Lewis, VP of Business Development for Precision. “While other operators began scaling back last year, TerrAscend has continued to move forward and expand in their key markets. We are grateful to work closely with their talented team and are proud to be an integral part of their growth.”
In addition to the renewed partnership, one of TerrAscend’s biggest subsidiaries, Illera, based in Pennsylvania, is also making great changes to boost its production capabilities through Precision X10 lab extraction systems. All the company’s ancillary and post-processing equipment will be provided by Precision, according to the new agreement. “Our supply chain is more robust and agile than ever with the addition of Precision’s patented organic solvent-based primary extraction equipment and excellent technical support,” said Greg Rochlin, CEO of Ilera Healthcare. “Precision delivers quality products and tailors specific procedures and account management strategies to meet our requirements as we continue to scale our business.”
Congratulation!
