Tilray’s weekly moves seem to be never slowing down, as the company continues to pursue every possible plan to keep its growth supremely high. This time around, the world’s leading packaged cannabis consumer and lifestyle products company has managed to shake hands through an agreement with Great North Distributors, Canada’s first national sales agent for legalized adult-use cannabis. Now that the transaction has been formalized, Great North will become the exclusive representative of Tilray’s complete portfolio of adult-use cannabis products in the Canadian market, with the exception of Quebec. Tilray’s main cannabis brands are Broken Coast, Canaca, Chowie Wowie, Good Supply, The Batch, Riff and Solei.
Irwin D. Simon, president and CEO of Tilray, says this new move comes to meet many needs in the Canadian market, assuring that Great North has long been a key partner in helping the company achieve its leadership position in the maple leaf country. In his view, the agreement will contain enough gasoline to drive even more exceptional route-to-market efficiencies for Tilray’s comprehensive portfolio of adult-use cannabis brands and innovative 2.0 products.

In addition, Great North has been recognized for applying industry-leading data analytics capabilities to the sector, resulting in suppliers having access to a powerful data-driven approach to cannabis sales.
